even after lifetimes of learning
there is still so much more to know
alive in this deep deep yearning
to be connected always to the soul


and it is here alive in me
it is in my heart of who I am
surfacing from that inner part
of these visions that come again and again


sometimes it’s a cry
sometimes a whisper
or a gentle tapping in my mind
or a heavenly melody I find
but often it's undefined


it’s a long long journey
and I’m grateful for this life
and this mystic way of learning
until we merge together into the light
