oh beautiful America
May we see the good in thee
May your heart and soul shine bright
throughout the darkest nights
so we can fulfill our destiny


May we heal the separation
May seek and find a way
to remember our Creators prayed
for equal rights for all
to live in freedom as it did say


we need to overcome the differences
for, All men are born free and equal,
and have certain natural,
essential, and unalienable rights;
of seeking and obtaining happiness


oh beautiful and precious
is the rights and torch we hold
don’t let that hope of freedom
ever be detroyed or get old


we have such possibility
the future can be strong
and there are still those who can believe
we can change and see
the gift our forefathers conceived

a beautiful land
of the brave and free
